Thank you for choosing Bury’s Business Experts for your advertising needs. We specialize in providing advertising space in our wall planner and community booklet. Please read our refund policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions associated with our services.

No Refunds After Production Sign-Off:

Bury’s Business Experts does not offer any refunds once the community booklet or wall planner has been signed off for production. Once the sign-off has occurred, the advertising space is considered final, and no changes or refunds can be processed.

Cancellation Before Production Sign-Off:

If you wish to cancel your advertising space before the production sign-off, please contact our customer support team at bookme@davenportsconnect.co.uk as soon as possible. Refunds for cancellations made before the sign-off may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and any applicable fees or costs incurred in the production process will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Request Process:

To request a refund or discuss cancellations, please contact our customer support team at bookme@davenportsconnect.co.uk. Provide relevant details such as your advertising details, publication date, and reasons for the refund request. Our team will assess the request and respond accordingly.

Refund Limitations:

Refunds, if approved, will be limited to the cost of the advertising space. Additional costs incurred during the production process may be deducted from the refund amount.

Change Requests:

Bury’s Business Experts understands that circumstances may change. If you need to make modifications to your advertising space, please contact us before the production sign-off. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable change requests, subject to approval.
